 As the latest variants of the F/A-18, the F/A-18E/F aircraft have significantly improved electronic equipment and an extended combat radius. To perform missions such as air superiority and ground attack, as well as complex tasks, including reconnaissance and electronic warfare, the F/A-18F's rear cockpit weapons systems operator has new advanced cockpit displays and a control system. The pilot and the weapons systems operator can perform air-to-air and air-to-ground tasks simultaneously. Until the next-generation carrier-based fighters enter service, the F/A-18F will continue to be the primary combat aircraft of the U.S. carrier battle group.
 MENG is releasing this brand new LS-013 Boeing F/A-18E Super Hornet model kit licensed by The Boeing Company. The finished model will measure 377.9 mm long and 273.4 mm wide. This kit includes pre-cut stainless steel PE parts and pre-cut paint masks.
